Department of Sociology, University of Copenhagen organize the Danish Sociology Conference the 23rd-24th January 2014.
The conference will be held at University of Copenhagen, CSS, Øster Farimagsgade 5, Copenhagen.
The overall theme of the conference is:
Social stratification and inequality – changing social dynamics in the 21st century
Keynote speakers: Michael Savage, London School of Economics and Robert Mare, UCLA, University of California, Los Angeles.

Session proposals within all types of sociological areas are welcome.
Session proposals should be registered before the 1st of November 2013. It should include a short description of the proposed theme for the session and a short presentation of the session organizers (in English). Call for papers will be announced shortly after the 1st of November. Registration to the conference will also be open in connection with that. Papers and sessions are expected to be written and held in English.
